If you didn't already know this trick for fixing nail holes, keep reading! It's fairly common knowledge, but toothpaste can act as a great sealant for small holes. This is great for fixing holes in your home, especially if you're renting and need to make the walls new for the next lessees.
All you need to do is put a bit of toothpaste on your finger and force into the hole. Then, with some sort of straightedge, smooth over the hole. For the best-looking fix, paint over the hole.
