After receiving a detailed estimate complete with pictures, we hired Home Services Unlimited to remodel our lower level bathroom. Mike Whritenour and his crew did a wonderful job. The wallpaper had to be stripped and dry wall patching done; the vinyl floor tile was removed and replaced with ceramic tile; a new vanity, light fixture and toilet were installed as well as a grab bar, electrical outlet, and a replacement light switch. The workmanship by each member of his congenial crew was excellent and the room was finished as scheduled. At the end of each work day, the area was vacuumed and all of their gear placed neatly out of the way. Mike was very responsive to our emails and also to last minute ideas. We would definitely hire his company for any future project.

I am one of HSU's repeat customers. I think that really says a lot since I would not hire them again if they had done less than outstanding work. I first hired them to do some painting in one of my rental properties. Not only did they do an excellent job, they went beyond what I expected by doing more than what was in the contract because they said it would make my place look better.
I was so satisfied that I hired them again to do much more extensive work on another of my rental properties. In addition to interior and exterior painting they did a full kitchen makeover, installed new windows, put laminate flooring in the kitchen/dining area, and performed smaller tasks too numerous to mention.
One of the great things about HSU is that it is a family business. Mom even gets into the act with some top-notch painting. Hiring HSU is like hiring a family.
I plan to use them for future renovations.
