Cold and Flu Prevention: Cleaning

Cold and flu season is here and germs are spreading rapidly. But thankfully, coming down with a bug is not always unavoidable. There are certain steps--besides drinking lots of orange juice and doing other things to bolster your immune system--that you can take to stop viruses in their tracks, even after someone's already brought it into your home.
