Mike runs a very professional family business and did a wonderful job with our basement remodeling project. He's extremely courteous, and was very flexible (and patient with us!) as our family's ideas about the project evolved. He made it very clear that creating the final product that we were looking for was his priority, and that he would do what it took to make that happen. As we came up with new ideas, he never took any advantage in setting the price for making changes - in fact, we were really struck by how reasonable the cost of each change was. He did a great job of keeping us posted on the project and completing on time. His approach to designing the contract meant that we knew up front exactly how much we would pay, and he stuck to that. We completely trusted him in and with our home. The basement looks absolutely fantastic thanks to Mike & his team.
