The last thing you need during a bathroom remodeling is to have your mirror shatter all over your floor. To help you prevent such an accident, we're covering some tips for moving a wall mirror.
- Safety first - take precautions to keep you and your fellow mover safe. Spread duct tape across the face of the mirror to keep shards from falling in the case of a mirror break. Also, wear protection, including eye protection, long sleeves, and gloves.
- Use vacuum cups on the face of the mirror to get hand holds.
- Pry the mirror off while supporting it by holding the vacuum cups.
- Once the mirror is off, carefully move it to the desired locations.
