Garden Bed Idea

If you don't have space in your soil but still want a garden, we have one great idea that will let you do that: bathtub garden beds! Not is this the perfect way to get more use out of an old tub, it works very well for growing vegetables and saves you the trouble of making garden beds.

To prepare you bathtub for gardening, first plug up the hole in the bottom so you don't lose soil. Next, put a few inches of stone on the bottom. Fill up the rest of it with planting soil, with a thin layer of compost on top. Now it's ready to grow your vegetables! Carrots especially grow well in a bathtub garden bed.
