Organizing Your Garage

How do you organize your garage? The key to good organization is using the right storage container for what you need stored. As you continue with your spring cleaning this May, challenge yourself to enter that dark corner of the garage that hasn't seen light since last year and organize it.

But what are the main storage devices there are 5 basic ones:

1. Cabinets - an option that comes in many sizes, cabinets are useful for storing both large and small objects.
2. Storage shelves - usually attached to the wall, these can be a good way to store things you need easy access to or to save floor space.
3. Work benches - often used for storing tools.
4. Pegboards - another great way to store small to medium size tools.
5. Drawers and bins - useful for project supplies like nails or documents.
